100% New. This 130 Amp Mustang Alternator is 100% Brand New, not re-manufactured like other companies sell and is tested at the time of assembly. It comes complete with internal voltage regulator and pulley. Designed for highly (electrically) modified cars - this alternator will triple the charging capacity at all RPM Ranges with only minor modifications.

More Power. The PA Performance Alternator produces 80 amps at idle (2000 alternator shaft RPM), and 160 amps at maximum (6000 alternator shaft RPM). It is required to upgrade the main power wire because this alternator has a higher output than stock.

Fitment. The PA Performance Alternator weighs in at 15.4 lbs and is nearly a direct replacement with only minor mounting bracket modifications required to be installed in a 1987 to 1993 Ford Mustang. The stock belt can be used on original equipment vehicles.
